Refund Policy

Once an eBook is downloaded to a computer, it is then the property of the computer owner and cannot be returned like a real book. There is no way to return an eBook.

We DO NOT give refunds for eBooks.

If you have any other problems, email us first. We will do everything possible to help you. If we cannot resolve an issue, we will call you to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

Additional reasons why refunds cannot be given for eBooks:

  1. All products on this website are TESTED on many computers with varies platforms for technical problem possibilities. We even test print copies. All eBooks on this website are made to download correctly and print correctly. Operator error is something we will not be responsible for. Old Operating Systems and computers not regularly maintained are culprits for computer problems.
  2. There is no way to retrieve an eBook, once it is downloaded.
  3. A person who has been authorized to purchase a eBook from this website, proceeds to go through the entire process to download the eBook, and then requests a refund that is not legitimate, will be denied a refund.
  4. Any person who willfully intends to defraud a business by purchasing an eBook to secure the product and request a refund is against the law. Defrauding a business is manipulation and will not be acceptable as a fair and reasonable method for transacting business.

However, we do give refunds for legitimate reasons. We determine legitimate on a case-by-case basis.

Contact us via email with a written statement and description for your legitimate reason for a refund. Without a written email we DO NOT consider refunds. It is required.
