CDI Privacy Policy is our declaration on how we operate our website and how visits to and purchases from our website are collected, handled, stored, secured and used. Our policy remains permanent that all personal information (mostly from purchases) collected is guarded and handled to protect the integrity of the consumer, you.

For customer credit card purchases. No credit card information is retrieved, collected, handled, stored, secured and/or used on our website, ChatterboxDesigns.com. All credit card information is collected and processed through a third party company called PayPal owned by eBay. Purchases by a personal or business credit card are done through PayPal through the check-out process on our website.

We do not, under any circumstances, release or share any personal information to third parties. We do inform the customer if we feel, even slightly, that personal information has been jeopardized.

Because your personal information is of primary concern to our company, we only use the most up-to-date website-related technology to ensure secured data.

We encourage any person who visits our website, and ANY website for that matter, to monitor personal and business credit account statements monthly (and even weekly if purchases are made from your credit card regularly). Chatterbox Designs, Inc. is a small training and consulting company with products for sale. We are by no means a large company with resources to handle every issue and situation.
